ACINQ kündigte an, Phoenix aus den USA zurückzuziehen, nachdem US-Behörden Zweifel daran geweckt hatten, ob Anbieter von Self-Custody-Wallets als Geldübermittler gelten könnten (Hintergrund: SEC-Wells-Notice an Consensys am 10.04.2024 und Festnahme der Samourai-Gründer).
