Am 15.05.2026 rekonstruierte ein Angreifer über eine Schwachstelle im Threshold-Signature-Verfahren einen Vault-Schlüssel und entnahm rund 10,7 Mio. USD. Der Handel wurde gestoppt, die Node-Betreiber beschlossen am 27.05.2026, Verluste zuerst aus protokolleigener Liquidität zu decken und einen verbleibenden Fehlbetrag auf Halter synthetischer Assets zu verteilen. ThorSwap ist das Frontend, der Exploit betraf das Protokoll.
