Redaktionelle Recherche-Notiz: Die Auszahlungs-Sperre aus der obigen Nutzerbewertung (20,5 ETH am 24.05.2026 blockiert, 3 von 4 identischen Transaktionen derselben Quelle gingen durch) lässt sich unabhängig bestätigen - derselbe Fall wurde von Nutzer "XLXer" nahezu wortgleich auf Trustpilot gemeldet (ghostswap.io, September 2026), inklusive des Vorwurfs, GhostSwap nutze HitBTC-Konten unter fremden/falschen Namen, sowie des Wechsels des Taglines von "NO KYC" zu "Privacy-Focused Crypto Swaps" nach Eskalation des Falls. Mehrere weitere, weniger detailliert belegte Trustpilot-Bewertungen (u. a. "Money Man", "Alpha Hunter", "Jenny") werfen GhostSwap ebenfalls Betrug bzw. Umleitung von Geldern an unbekannte Adressen vor. Im offiziellen BitcoinTalk-ANN-Thread (Topic 5582371) bestreitet GhostSwap die Nutzung zentralisierter Partnerbörsen; Forumsnutzer widersprechen dem unter Verweis auf bekannte KYC-/Einfrier-Praktiken solcher Partnerbörsen. Zur Einordnung: Traders Union verzeichnet (Stand 19.08.2026) einen gemischten Trust Score von 3,1/5 bei 30 Bewertungen (43% 5-Sterne, 23% 1-Stern) - kein einhelliges Bild, aber eine wiederkehrende, plattformübergreifende Häufung desselben Vorwurfsmusters (selektive Sperrung trotz identischer Transaktionen). Wir stufen GhostSwap bis zur Klärung als beobachtungswürdig ein.

GhostSwap has an unresolved case.
I sent 20.5 ETH on May 24, 2026. The swap was blocked. I sent four transactions from the same source on the same day, and only the third one was blocked. Three went through successfully. That is not AML logic — that is a selective block.
They have not provided any timeline and stopped responding on September 14, 2026. They also changed their tagline from "NO KYC" to "Privacy-Focused Crypto Swaps" and back again.
They also use HitBTC accounts created under straw men's names. If one account gets blocked, they switch to another, and the funds of many other clients can be blocked too.
